We, Plasform Sdn Bhd, would like to thank KS Industrial Tools Malaysia Sdn Bhd for successfully introducing this Green Technology for our plastic injection moulding facilities as an alternative to using chemicals in the cooling tower water maintenance.
We have seen improvements to our system after implementing H20 DeScale, eliminating limescale issues in our heat-exchanger and mould water ways. The Electronic lonizer has also help us to control algae bloom at our cooling towers. This have given our production more efficient cooling, better water quality and reduction in cleaning/maintenance process, therefore boosting productivity.
