Our boilers were facing limescale problems even though we are using chemicals, resulting in inefficient heating. After implementing DéScale Scale Controller we have obtained significant results within 6months. As the feedback given by our boilermen, there were very less scales on the boiler tubes, old scales were loose and very easy to clean. The difference was also noticed by our regular boiler service contractor.

We, Plasform Sdn Bhd, would like to thank KS Industrial Tools Malaysia Sdn Bhd for successfully introducing this Green Technology for our plastic injection moulding facilities as an alternative to using chemicals in the cooling tower water maintenance.

We have seen improvements to our system after implementing H20 DeScale, eliminating limescale issues in our heat-exchanger and mould water ways. The Electronic lonizer has also help us to control algae bloom at our cooling towers. Referring to the matter above, Atlas Edible Ice (Melaka) Sdn. Bbd, are pleased to testify that we have been using the H20 DeScale (DS-03 & DMI-30)

Below is the average report per cycle of ice production from Sept"18 to Jun”19 using Hioki Digital Power Loger Clamping:

We have purchased the above equipment and are pleased with its performance and thus will look forward to install the H20 DeScale to be part of our maintenance programme for our ice operations nationwide.

Putra Specialist Hospital Melaka Sdn Bhd (PSHMSB) has implemented DéScale Green Solution specifically designed to enhance Chiller's Co-efficient of Performance (COP) and Cooling Tower Efficiency. Ever-since DeScale installation on 30 August 2020, we are experiencing remarkable results on our hospital's HVAC cooling performance, benefits of which has well extended to the humidity stability in the overall departments. With the Chiller's average electricity usage reduction of 12.07%, in concurrent with much reduced cooling tower cleaning frequencies, DéScale has equipped us with enormous savings in HVAC operating cost.

2. For the information of YBhg. Datuk Wira, as a result of the presentation and technical visit above, the following is a technical review from this office:

2.1 This De'Scale product can reduce the formation of scaling biofilm and Legionella bacteria on the cooling tower system

2.2 By reducing the formation of scaling, it can increase the efficiency of heat exchangers and subsequently heat transfer (heat transfer in the cooling tower system becomes more efficient and can have an impact on the cost savings of electricity use of the air conditioning system

2.3 Able to reduce the use of chemical waste (Chlorine) in the coofing tower system.

Perbadanan Teknologi Hijau Melaka (PTHM) គឺជាទីភ្នាក់ងារមួយដែលត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងដោយរដ្ឋាភិបាលរដ្ឋ Melaka ដើម្បីជំរុញការអនុវត្តបច្ចេកវិទ្យាបៃតងជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រថ្មីក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពនៃរដ្ឋ Melaka ។ PTHM បានសហការជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុន KS Industrial Tools តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នាដែលត្រូវបានចុះហត្ថលេខានៅថ្ងៃទី 30 ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ 2020។
3. ក្រុមហ៊ុន KS Industrial Tools គឺជាក្រុមហ៊ុនដែលបានចូលរួមចំណែកដល់បច្ចេកវិទ្យាបៃតង តាមរយៈផលិតផលដែលបានណែនាំ ដែលជាបច្ចេកវិទ្យាគ្មានគីមីសម្រាប់ការសាងសង់ប្រព័ន្ធម៉ាស៊ីនត្រជាក់ (DéScale)។ ផលិតផលពីក្រុមហ៊ុននេះត្រូវបានបញ្ជាក់ថាមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងត្រូវបានប្រើប្រាស់ដោយក្រុមហ៊ុនល្បីៗជាច្រើននៅក្នុងប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី ដូចជា Resorts World Genting, Atlas Malaysia និង Mahkota Medical Centre។
4. ដូច្នេះ PTHM គាំទ្រថា បច្ចេកវិទ្យានេះអាចត្រូវបានបង្កើត និងប្រើប្រាស់ដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយបញ្ហានៃការបំពុលបរិស្ថាន ការឡើងកំដៅផែនដី និងក្នុងពេលជាមួយគ្នានេះជំរុញកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ សង្ឃឹមថាគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមនេះនឹងបន្តគាំទ្រដល់បំណងប្រាថ្នារបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលរដ្ឋ Melaka ឆ្ពោះទៅរករដ្ឋប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាព ការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងកិច្ចសហការពីលោក/លោកស្រី ត្រូវ​បាន​សរសើរ​ និងទទួលបានការ​អរគុណ​យ៉ាងច្រើន។

2. Perbadanan Teknologi Hijau Melaka (PTHM) is an agency established by the Melaka State Government to catalyze the implementation of green technology as a new strategy in the sustainable development of the State of Melaka. PTHM has partnered with KS Industrial Tools through a Memorandum of Understanding that was signed on 30 June 2020.
3. The company KS Industrial Tools is a company that has contributed to green technology through the introduced product which is Chemical-Free Technology for Building Air Conditioning Systems (DéScale). Products from this company are proven to be effective and have been used by several well-known companies in Malaysia such as Resorts World Genting, Atlas Malaysia and Mahkota Medical Centre.
4. Therefore, PTHM supports that this technology can be developed and utilized to reduce the problem of environmental pollution, global warming and at the same time promote economic growth. Hopefully this initiative will continue to support the Melaka state government's desire towards a Sustainable State The attention and cooperation from Mr./Mrs. is greatly appreciated and preceded by a thousand thanks.
