ដោយគោរពយោងទៅខាងលើ និងបទបង្ហាញដោយ KS Industrial Tools Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. នៅថ្ងៃទី 18 ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ 2022 ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចបច្ចេកទេសទៅកាន់មន្ទីរពេទ្យ Jasin នៅថ្ងៃទី 8 ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ 2021 និងមន្ទីរពេទ្យឯកទេស Putra នៅថ្ងៃទី 26 ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ 2022 និងលិខិតរបស់ YBhg ។ ឯកសារយោង Datuk Wira PTHM/PB/T/006/2021(11) ចុះថ្ងៃទី 28 ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ 2021 គឺពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
- សម្រាប់ព័ត៌មានរបស់ YBhg Datuk Wira ជាលទ្ធផលនៃការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញ និងដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចបច្ចេកទេសខាងលើ ខាងក្រោមនេះជាការពិនិត្យបច្ចេកទេសពីការិយាល័យនេះ៖
2.1 ផលិតផល De’Scale នេះអាចកាត់បន្ថយការការកើត ស្លែ និងបាក់តេរី (Legionella) នៅលើប្រព័ន្ធ Cooling Tower។
2.2 ដោយកាត់បន្ថយការកកើតកំណកស្នឹម វាអាចបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃឧបករណ៍ផ្លាស់ប្តូរកំដៅ ហើយជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ការផ្ទេរកំដៅ (ការផ្ទេរកំដៅ) នៅក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធCooling Tower កាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងអាចជះឥទ្ធិពលលើការសន្សំថ្លៃដើមនៃការប្រើប្រាស់អគ្គិសនីនៃប្រព័ន្ធត្រជាក់។
2.3 អាចកាត់បន្ថយការប្រើប្រាស់កាកសំណល់គីមី (ក្លរីន) នៅក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធCooling Tower។

Respectfully referring to the above and the presentation by KS Industrial Tools Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. on 18 April 2022, a technical visit to Jasin Hospital on 8 December 2021 and Putra Specialist Hospital on 26 April 2022 and a letter from YBhg. Datuk Wira reference PTHM/PB/T/006/2021(11) dated 28 December 2021 is relevant.
2. For the information of YBhg. Datuk Wira, as a result of the presentation and technical visit above, the following is a technical review from this office:
2.1 This De’Scale product can reduce the formation of sealing, biofilm and Legionella bacteria on the cooling tower system.
2.2 By reducing the formation of scaling, it can increase the efficiency of heat exchangers and subsequently the heat transfer (heat transfer) in the cooling tower system becomes more efficient and can have an impact on the cost savings of electricity use of the air conditioning system.
2.3 Able to reduce the use of chemical waste (Chlorine) in the cooling tower system.
